Executive Chef Jeremy Culver honed his craft and was ready to strike out on his own.  His passion, Mexican Cuisine.  Jeremy and his team wanted to create a space that was as vibrant and flavorful as his food.  Our team dove back into the world of Mexican Cuisines and delivered Hoja Santa.  The loose translation is 'Sacred Leaf'.  In traditional Mexican cuisine, the leaves are used to wrap fish, chicken, pork, cheese or all things Mexican.  The brand embodies the dark arts of Mexico and the interior space is vibrant, comfortable, fun and approachable.
